the 250000 ton/year adipic acid and 200000 ton/year caprolactam project newly invested and constructed by China Pingmei Shenma Group is located in the chemical industry cluster of Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. It is the first adipic acid and caprolactam combined plant project in China, and it is also the project with the largest unit output. Caprolactam is the raw material for producing nylon 6, adipic acid is the main raw material for producing nylon 66, and caprolactam and adipic acid have the same front-end process route, which are two different products under the same process route. More importantly, benzene hydrogenation process technology is a patented technology of Shenma. The atomic utilization rate of this technology is 100%, and the by-product is high-purity cyclohexane. It is a green chemistry, which has the competitive advantage of environmental protection, energy conservation and low cost in the same industry
this time, the 250000 ton/year adipic acid and 2 tons/year caprolactam project newly invested and constructed by China Pingmei Shenma Group will not make customers uneasy about their work. It is the first adipic acid and caprolactam combined plant project in China, and it is also the project with the largest unit output. the signing of this project is a new breakthrough of Hollysys in the large-scale chemical complex project.
